Kinda bummed that some people didn't put more effort into their artwork, but I'd still say that most of the drawings were anywhere from decent to fantastic. So many artstyles too!

Part of it is probably because most of the participants were beginner artists.

Still, it's fun to see artists of all skill level participate in an event like this.

Smooth animation and stylistic visuals, really wondering how you did this because I don't think that's a shader in Blender.

thanks! it's an material shader, basically i used 16 different shades of gray that then got replaced by a premade gradient with pico8 colors, and then that gets mixed with shadow info and dithering pattern. i think i could\ve done it better, but the result is still pretty good i think
