I don't like the pauses.
Got nothing else to say about this, surprisingly higher quality than some of your other stuff.

I could see myself put it in one of my games cuz it seriously deserve it. I'd just make sure to trim out the pauses inbetween.

The only use case I see for this is for any game or minigame of the type "red light green light". Like some sort of Squid Games minigame.
For anything else the melody would sound off and out of place cuz the audio comes and goes constantly. It'd pretty much be unfit for any other kind of game.

I don't know what you did to the sample, but it sounds retro, I really like it.
