This looks good, but the shading is again kinda eh.

The shading needs some work, it looks blurry, not everywhere of course which is even stranger TBH. I think you'd want to use several layers of shading instead of 1 for a better look.

Honestly this looks awful. There's no shading. He has his elbows way too close to his hands. His nose is too close to one eye. He looks stiff. The background is just a solid white, but TBH this is a nitpick. The outline between the fingers is too even like they look like the fingers are badly mangled, also due to poor perspective I can't even tell if I'm looking at the palm of the hands or the back of the hands.

There's really not much good that can be said about this. The only good thing is the proportions make sense, but TBFH I think it's a stupid point to care about if you're into caricatures or chibis or whatever, but it's really the only thing that looks "right" on this picture.
